1994/95 Forms the bands Mina and Contriva. First concerts in Berlin. At the same time working on other band projects such as Spirax. Collaborates with Jeff Tarlton and David Hull.
1996 Recordings for the tape > vacation < (Mina) and the ep > zimt < (Contriva) . The Lok label is founded for the first releases of both bands. 1997/98 many Mina concerts in Berlin as well as in Amsterdam and Paris. Worked with Joe Tabu on Mina EPs "Mina" and "Intorduce me to someone really cool" which come out on Lok-musik. 1998 Mina make a recording contract with Berlin label Bungalow and go to the Powerline booking agency. 1999 The Debut album > Kryptonite < comes out. Mina tours throughout Europe (Deutschland, Italien, Schweiz, Österreich, Holland, England, Irland) supporting, amongst others, "Die Sterne", "The Notwist" and "Calexico". 1999 Contriva sign to the Berlin label Monika Enterprise Januar 2000 the Debut album > Tell me when < comes out. Around this time Mina and Contriva win a true fan base through concerts in Germany and a series of EPs on Lok-Musik. Febuary Contriva tour supporting the album. April / May 2000 Recordings for the secnd Mina album at Electric Avenue Studio in Hamburg with Tobias Levin. Summer 200 Mina play Bennicassimfestival in Spain. Sommer 2001 second Mina album comes out. Stereolab invite the band to support them on their european tour. September / Oktober Tour for the Album. Anfang Dezember 2001 - Mina tours with Stereo Total through Frankreich Dezember 2001 first part of recordings for the second Contriva Album. Februar 2002 produces Sitcom Warriors debut album with Norman Nitzsche Produktion (released Jan 2003) Januar - Juni 2002 works on solo album > luck < Juli 2002 produces an ep for the band Puma (Lok-Musik) with Norman at Villa Kurella August / September 2002 second part of recordings for the new Contriva Album September 2002 > luck < comes out (m28) October 2002 tour supporting soloalbum with Komeit Januar 2003 second Contriva album "If you had stayed..." comes out (m30) April 2003 Supported Calexico on their european tour. 2003 Fitted out the studio Villa Qrella. Founded the band NMFarner September/October 2003 Worked on the soundtrack for the German cinema film "Kleinruppin Forever" (Senator). The soundtrack appeared on V2 in september 2004. Febuary/March 2004 recording and producing in their own studio of the debut NMFarner album. October 2004 "Die Stadt" by NMFarner released on Labels Germany. September/October 2004 final recording and mixing with Norman Nitzsche of second solo album "unsolved unremained". January 2005 NMFarner tour. March 2005 "unsolved unremained" comes out on Morr Music.
